For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies published by b200m:

To register and use b200m, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies universally to all Players, consistent with b200m's responsible gaming policy and Indonesian social norms regarding adult entertainment.
• You must be registering and using the Platform on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law at the time of access.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of b200m or any of its affiliated partner studios, payment processors, or software suppliers.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from b200m or had an Account permanently closed by b200m for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

b200m reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all Balance, including any winnings.

Each eligible person may register one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• A valid, personal email address to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your date of birth (day, month, year).
• Your city of residence within Indonesia (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Medan, Yogyakarta).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Material changes — including changes to your legal name, email address, or phone number — must be reported to b200m support at [email protected] promptly. b200m is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information provided by the Player.

b200m reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that was opened in breach of these Terms, at any stage after registration.

b200m operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds as determined by b200m's compliance team.
• If b200m's fraud detection systems flag unusual activity on your Account.
• At any time at b200m's sole discretion as part of routine compliance checks.

To complete KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Identity verification: Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or valid passport — a clear color photograph or scan of both sides.
• Age verification: The same KTP or passport document confirming your date of birth.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or photograph of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account page showing your full name and account number, or confirmation of e-wallet ownership for OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.

b200m will not process withdrawal requests while a KYC verification is pending. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension. b200m handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

b200m accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your b200m Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of five (5) minutes, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment processor. b200m does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which b200m accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit.

b200m reserves the right to reverse or withhold credits where a deposit is subsequently reversed, charged back, or disputed by the originating payment provider. In such cases, any winnings generated using those funds will also be voided.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements being satisfied.

Standard withdrawal processing times from the moment b200m approves a request are as follows:

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section. Only real-money Balance (i.e., Balance not subject to active wagering requirements) is eligible for withdrawal.

b200m reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 7 calendar days will be returned to the Account Balance and the Player notified via the registered email address.

b200m offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day (17 August).

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players with verified Accounts only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from them are converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a "30x wagering requirement" on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• b200m reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses that have not been used within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be removed automatically.

All bets and wagers placed on b200m are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules take precedence for the bet or game in question.

General rules applicable across all b200m betting and gaming products:

• Sportsbook: Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 match officials, FIFA, AFC). In-play odds are subject to change without notice. b200m reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption or match-fixing irregularities.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) are conducted in real time from licensed studio facilities. Disconnections during a live game round do not entitle a Player to a refund; the hand or round result stands as determined by the studio system.
• Online Slots: All slot outcomes are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the game information panel within the Platform.
• Togel Markets: Draw results for Hongkong, Singapore, and Sydney togel markets are sourced from the respective official lottery operators. b200m does not control draw outcomes and is not liable for discrepancies between results displayed and final official results during the brief window between draw completion and result publication.
• Video Poker: Video poker games use certified RNG card shuffling. The displayed paytable for each variant is the authoritative reference for all hand rankings and payout values.

b200m reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including odds or paytable errors), placed after an event has concluded, or placed in circumstances that b200m determines to constitute unfair advantage, system exploitation, or collusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b200m and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling b200m to immediately suspend or close your Account and void your Balance:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity, age, or payment documentation.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to interact with the Platform in a way not sanctioned by b200m.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in odds or paytables — any winnings generated by such exploits will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to fix the outcome of a game, match, or bet.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after utilizing funds for betting or gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing b200m staff or other Players through any communication channel.

b200m cooperates with law enforcement agencies in all applicable jurisdictions and will provide account records, transaction histories, and communication logs in response to lawful requests. Any Balance associated with an Account closed for prohibited conduct is subject to forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities.

b200m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against b200m by a Player's payment provider.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under b200m's Responsible Gaming policy.
• b200m's business decision to withdraw services from a particular market or jurisdiction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, b200m will endeavor to complete its review within 14 calendar days. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favor, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld Balance returned. Where the investigation confirms a breach, b200m will notify the Player of the outcome by email and may withhold all or part of the Balance in accordance with these Terms.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not exempt a Player from any outstanding obligations (e.g., unresolved chargebacks or pending KYC requirements).

b200m is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools accessible from the Account Settings dashboard to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be decreased instantly; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Any Balance at the time of self-exclusion will be withdrawn to your verified payment method after KYC checks are cleared.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software.

• Create derivative works based on Platform content or functionality.

Any unauthorized use of b200m intellectual property may result in immediate Account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b200m's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to b200m in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b200m expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of anticipated winnings, or any consequential, indirect, or special damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including internet service providers, payment processors, or game studio servers.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where b200m's security systems have not been compromised.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Delays in payment processing caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subject to change (e.g., live odds, game paytables, promotional terms).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

b200m collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing principles applied by b200m include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.
• b200m does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required by b200m's international licensing obligations (typically a minimum of five years from Account closure).

b200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, b200m will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to the email address registered to each active Player Account, where practicable, at least 7 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days following the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support before the effective date.

b200m operates under an international gaming license issued by a recognized offshore gaming regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b200m holds its primary operating license.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by b200m's licensing authority prior to initiating any legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents b200m from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems such relief necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.

b200m aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (WIB) and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint requires escalation to b200m's licensing authority, the Player will be informed of the referral process and relevant contact details for the regulator.
